What is your cancellation policy?

Payment and Cancellation:
a. Payment for IV infusion services must be made in full before starting the therapy unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $25.00.


How can I make sure that I can have IV infusions?

Our healthcare professionals would evaluate every patient case by case through rigorous assessments, this is why is very important to provide accurate responses since there are some patients that unfortunately do not qualify for these benefits if IV infusions.


Where are you located?
